The Human Resources Department's primary role is to support the City of Industry organization by providing services related to human resources management. The City's mission is to hire quality employees who meet the needs of the City, and to enhance the workplace for all employees.

The Human Resources Department provides service to City Departments to achieve the selection and development of a workforce to provide the highest quality of service.

The City of Industry is a contract city with less than twenty full-time employees and does not have any employee bargaining groups.   

Salary Range Schedule - Fiscal Year 2017-2018
